We develop the layout, materials, selections and Scope of Work in detail. Once the important decisions have been confirmed, we prepare your Fixed Price and Fixed Duration Renovation Package.

Renovation Delivery
Our team coordinates the trades, materials, scheduling and quality checks throughout your renovation.
You receive regular progress updates and access to our online renovation project management platform, so you can stay informed without needing to manage the daily details yourself.

Completion and Support

We complete the final quality review, professionally clean your renovated home and prepare it for handover. We also remain available after completion to provide warranty information and ongoing support.

The most powerful part of this project was the customer’s reaction at the end. The owners had wanted to renovate for many years, but previous quotes had pushed the project well beyond their budget, so the home remained largely untouched for almost a decade. Once the renovation was finally completed, including the modernised bathrooms, square stopped upstairs ceilings, new master bedroom ceiling, walk in wardrobe, luxury laundry, polished American oak flooring, fresh painting, new carpet and outdoor decking, the owners were thrilled. Their only comment was, “We should have done this 10 years ago.” That is the real value of a well planned renovation: not just improving the property, but improving the way people live in it every day.
