Meet our management team
James Goren
Managing Director and project manager
Graduated as an industrial engineer from the University of Coventry, James began his career as a process and manufacturing engineer in large corporations.
James has been investing in property in Auckland since 2010 and has focused on buy and hold property, equity and value add.
Over the years, James has developed a very deep expertise in property renovation, building technology and process optimisation, with a focus on quality & cost optimisation for ensuring strong value add to property equity and cash flow.
James is a public speaker about property value add optimisation strategies and has motivated a very large amount of people to take action and secure a financial future for their families.
Sunvi Ahsan

Project manager

Graduated in 2006 as mechatronics engineer, worked in oil and gas, and geothermal power plants for 10 years before calling it quits in 2015 and took early retirement.

Currently focused working on his passion in the residential housing industry.

He has been investing since 2006 and has bought wide varieties of investment properties to add values by reconfiguring specs as well as new builds.

Has subject matter expertise on areas to invest, adding value and future growth potentials in Auckland. His knowledge is applied to get the most for our customers at Bayview to ensure solid steps for first home buyers and investors.

Pam Shore
Project coordinator
Pam developed a personal interest in property improvement while managing the renovations of her previous homes.
She contracted the services of The Renovation Team while renovating her current house, and subsequently decided to join the Team as Project Coordinator.
She handles many of the daily tasks of working closely with our procurement partners, customers and tradies.
Pam utilises skills gained from her degree from The University of Auckland, including developing detailed project schedules to ensure that renovations run smoothly.
She ensures everything is efficiently communicated and coordinated, making the renovation process an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Karin Horen

Marketing Consultant

Raised in a family of developers, from her grandfather to her father Karin was fascinated by property from an early age.She took on architecture studies at the age of 21 and interior design. With a few projects under her sleeves, shifting to marketing and sales, karin always knew that one day she would be back into it.

Karin is a philanthropic, the Co-founder of the iconic fundraiser Paddle For Hope and a motivational speaker. She has been a Real Estate recruiter for the past two years and has been engaging with people in the industry on a daily basis. "She believed she could so she did " is her motivation. Karin is all about great service and carries a big smile.

Karin has a passion for people and loves seeing our customers happy, knowing they have turned their dream into reality.

Her job consists of sales and marketing support and communication with clients.
