This Hillcrest property renovation was driven by a family who felt their home had become dated, cramped, and short on bathrooms. The most powerful part of this project was the customer’s reaction at the end. The owners had wanted to renovate for many years, but previous quotes had pushed the project well beyond their budget, so the home remained largely untouched for almost a decade. Once the renovation was finally completed, including the modernised bathrooms, square stopped upstairs ceilings, new master bedroom ceiling, walk in wardrobe, luxury laundry, polished American oak flooring, fresh painting, new carpet and outdoor decking, the owners were thrilled. Their only comment was, “We should have done this 10 years ago.” That is the real value of a well planned renovation: not just improving the property, but improving the way people live in it every day.
