This beautiful multi million dollar family home in Owens Road, Epsom, located in the sought after Double Grammar Zone, had been lovingly owned for more than 15 years. Although the kitchen and parts of the ground floor had been renovated years earlier, the upstairs had remained largely untouched, with dated bathrooms, an inefficient layout and tired finishes that no longer matched the quality of the home.
After several consultations with James Goren and The Renovation Team, the owners decided it was finally time to transform their home. Working closely with our design team, we developed a comprehensive luxury renovation package that would modernise the home while preserving its timeless character.
The renovation included a complete reconfiguration of the master suite, creating a spacious walk in wardrobe and a stunning luxury en suite finished with premium Italian marble tiles. The main family bathroom was also completely rebuilt with elegant, timeless finishes. Throughout the upstairs we upgraded ceilings, improved room layouts, installed new lighting, laid new carpets, polished timber floors and refreshed every bedroom to create a warm and sophisticated living environment.
We also designed and built a highly functional laundry that combines practicality with premium finishes. Outside, the transformation continued with beautiful Kwila timber decking, extensive landscaping and maintenance, painting, and a full renovation of the self contained granny flat.
The result is a home that now reflects its prestigious Epsom location and provides the comfort, functionality and luxury the family had always imagined.
