Updating several areas of the home at once

The owners had lived in their Epsom home for around 15 years and had wanted to renovate for almost 10 years. Earlier quotes were more than they wanted to spend, so the work was delayed.

When they were ready to go ahead, The Renovation Team planned work across several areas of the house. The bathrooms needed updating, the bedrooms and ceilings needed work, more storage was needed, and the flooring, laundry and outdoor areas were also included.

The renovation included updated bathrooms and bedrooms, a new walk-in wardrobe, a renovated laundry, restored timber flooring, new carpet, painting, lighting and a new timber deck.
